- Weekly cleaning included
- Real person answers
When do I pay?
Payment is due by card when you book. Event rentals are paid once. Monthly rentals are charged at the start of each 28-day cycle until the unit is picked up. You get an emailed receipt each time. Tax-exempt customers send a certificate before the first charge.
How does renewal work?
Long-term rentals renew every 28 days and include weekly service. A rental keeps renewing until you ask for pickup. Call or text at least one business day before you want the unit gone. Billing ends with the cycle running on the pickup day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged a trip fee if the truck is already routed. You can move your delivery date at no charge when a unit is open on the new date.
What are my responsibilities?
- Give us a safe, flat, reachable spot within about 15 feet of truck parking.
- Tell us about septic lids, buried lines, low wires, gate codes and soft ground.
- Keep the path to the unit clear, including snow in winter.
- Do not move a unit with waste in it.
What counts as damage or misuse?
Normal use is never charged. You may be charged for fire or heat damage, tipping caused by vehicles or people, graffiti, a missing unit, or trash, rocks or hazardous items dumped in the tank. We send photos with any charge.
Who is responsible for the ground under the unit?
Drivers place units with care. Lawns can show a mark after a long rental. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, irrigation or buried lines that were not marked or disclosed before delivery.
What if we cannot deliver?
If a locked gate, blocked drive or unsafe spot stops delivery, we call you. If we cannot reach a safe spot, a trip fee may apply. Severe weather can delay a route; we call with a new time.
