Is a weekly rate available?
Rentals longer than one week use the 28-day rate, because delivery, pickup and weekly service are the main costs. A one- or two-week stay is billed as one 28-day cycle. For a single weekend, the flat event rental is cheaper.
Can I choose how often the unit is serviced?
Weekly service is included. Lightly used units, like a cabin used on weekends, still get the weekly visit to keep the tank fresh. Heavy use can add a second or third visit per week.
Will the unit be picked up automatically?
Monthly units stay until you ask for pickup. Call or text one business day ahead. If your project end date is firm, tell us when you book and pickup can be scheduled in advance.
Can I move the unit to another spot on my property?
Ask the driver at the next service visit and the unit can be moved to a new spot on the same property. Do not move a full unit yourself; it is heavy and the tank can spill.
