What information do we collect?
The quote form collects six things: delivery ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, and your phone number. Phone calls collect your name, delivery address and payment card. We use these only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental.
How is the form data sent?
Form entries are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, to our business email. Web3Forms processes the message to deliver it. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who sees my information?
Only our office staff and the driver on your route see your details. Card payments are handled by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we add analytics to measure calls and form requests, we will list it here.
How long do you keep it, and can I delete it?
We keep rental records for tax purposes as the law requires. To ask what we hold or to delete quote details, call (614) 295-9744 or send a note through the contact page.
